Radars
The term RADAR is an acronym for Radio Detection and Ranging and was formulated in 1941. Electromagnetic waves are used by a radar system to identify the range, altitude, direction, or speed of both moving and fixed objects which may be man made such as aircraft, ships, motor vehicles or natural like weather formations and terrain.
